Counseling is also done for our patients in a very unique way. Any emotions/ mind set is nothing but the energy pattern/energy deficient according to yogic science. So specific breathing techniques and simple meditative techniques is advised according to need (energy deficit). Usually its one's internal need/ imbalances which is manifested as illness. When we fail to unite our body and mind the disease arises. So the counseling session helps to bring about a balance and harmony of the two.
